GENEROUS TIME OFF
Full-time Ignitors receive 10 days of vacation per year, and this time increases up to 20 days per year for those eligible. In addition, full-time and part-time Ignitors receive 5 paid personal days each year plus holiday time.
HEALTHCARE, DENTAL, AND MORE
Firebolt provides insurance for medical, dental, vision, and life, plus 401k benefits to full-time Ignitors after 90 days of service.
HYBRID REMOTE WORK
Our workers work in their zone of genius. Ignitors with certain positions may request the flexibility to work from home one or several days per week.
EDUCATION STIPEND
Let’s grow together. Teaching is the highest form of knowledge and we want our Ignitors to learn both in the field and in the classroom, so that they can share knowledge gained with the team and impact our innovation and growth.
TRAVEL BUDGET
We travel to debut new innovations and keep an ear to the ground when scouting for insights in the real world. Business travel is covered for Ignitors on the go.
FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE
Firebolt embraces the open office with a flex-desk atmosphere. Ignitors work together and individually in a comfortable, open floor plan layout. Breakout rooms, Zoom and call rooms, conference rooms, and even a new game room, make for friendly Firebolt-ing for each individual.
What do we mean by “light it up”?
When we say, we “light it up,” that means we spark moments of awe. We design and engineer some of the most innovative LED lighted signage and displays, both indoor and outdoor, for some of the biggest brands on the planet. Lighting It Up also means we reveal insights for those brands around their experiences. We capture event data and retail shopper journey data through our one-of-a-kind platforms and services.
